The Dixie Grill in Wilmington has partnered with the Alzheimer's Association Eastern North Carolina Chapter to hold A Night of Memories, a dinner benefiting the Alzheimer's Association.
A dinner ticket will provide you with a gourmet four-course meal:
Course one
Gazpacho with Granny Smith apple cole slaw
Course two
Farfalle pasta with fresh garlic, herbs & olive oil with parmesan
Course three
BBQ summer vegetable kabobs and roasted redskin potatoes
Choice of sweet and spicy roasted chicken or roasted salmon with grilled lemon and herbs
Course four
Fresh strawberry shortcake with cinnamon whipped cream and char-grilled pineapple berry compote
The dinner will also include a cash bar. The bar will open at 6:30 PM and dinner will start at 7 PM
